Barbers Hill Little League 2026 Spring Registration Info
-Spring registration is open for both boys and girls league ages 4-16.
-Players LITTLE LEAGUE AGE will determine which division they will play in.
No player will be allowed to play down to a younger division.
-The 2026 Little League age chart will determine their playing age for the season.
- Your players "League Age" might not be their actual age at the time of registration.

BHLL does NOT offer softball.

Divisions
Below you will find a list of the divisions we offer based on LEAGUE AGE.
- 4 year old t-ball- league age 4
- 5/6 t-ball- league ages 5-6
- Minor II (coach pitch)- league ages 7-8
- Minor I (kid pitch)- league ages 9-10
- Majors(kid pitch)- league ages 11-12
- Jr./Sr (kid pitch)- league ages 13-16

-$25 sibling discount will be applied at checkout for each sibling registered.
You must register siblings at the same time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the sibling discount.
-$25 head coach discount.
A refund for this amount will be issued after the background check and abuse awareness course is completed.
-Payment plan options are available at checkout.
Registration fee cover hats, jerseys, socks, and belt. This fee also goes towards equipment (catchers gear, balls, tees, etc.), field maintenance and supplies, umpires, and end of season awards.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Registration Documents

- Players birth certificate.
- Proof of residency documents from the 3 groups listed below OR School Enrollment.
A screen shot of the student information page from Skyward is acceptable if player attends a school within BHLL boundaries.
Residency Documents
Group I
1. Driver’s License (photo ID of parent(s) or guardian(s) with qualifying residence address)
2. School records (home address of player’s parents or guardians)
3. Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)
4. Employment records
5. Insurance documents (with residence address)
Group II
1. Welfare/childcare records
2. Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
3. State records
4. Local (municipal) records (Includes City of Mont Belvieu water bill)
5. Support payment records
6. Homeowner or tenant records
7. Military records

Group III
1. Voter’s Registration
2. Utility bills (i.e., - gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
3. Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)

NOTE: Example – Three documents from the same Group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

TRYOUTS
- All divisions EXCEPT T-BALL will tryout.
- We will have 2 tryout dates. Players are required to attend at least one of these.
-Players that do NOT tryout will be a hat pick in the draft and will not be eligible for all stars.
-Managers will utilize their assessment of players during tryouts to draft their teams.
-Every player registered will be drafted to a team.
- Tryout dates and times will be announced in January.
EQUIPMENT
- BHLL will provide each player with a jersey, hat, belt, and socks.
Players are required to provide their own pants. Color will be dependent upon team.
-Players will need an approved USA baseball bat, glove, cleats, helmet (face guard/c-flap not required but recommended), and something to carry their equipment in.

PRACTICES
- Practices will begin the week of February 9th.
- Practices times and locations are dependent on your coach.
-Teams will usually practice 2 days a week prior to the start of games.
-Practice days and times can change once games begin.
GAMES
- Games start date TBD.
- 4Y t-ball will have one game per week.
- All other divisions have 1-2 games per week.
-No games will be played the week of spring break.
- 4Y T-ball will be scheduled primarily on Fridays at 6pm.
Due to city events at the park and weather some games might need to be moved to a different day of the week.
-All other divisions will play Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays will be used primarily for rainouts.
- Opening day TBD.
- First games of the night will begin at 6pm and the last will begin at 8pm.
We try our best to reserve earlier games for the younger divisions and evenly distribute the late games among all teams.
- Rainout games for ALL divisions can be scheduled any day of the week, except for Sunday.
- Weather permitting, the regular season will end mid May and will be followed by an end of season single elimination tournament.
- Players chosen to play on the all star team could play through July depending on the division they are in.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
- All volunteers that will be on the field or in the dugout during games or practices must complete a background check through Barbers Hill Little League.
-Background checks completed through any other sports organization cannot be used for BHLL.
- Background checks completed in the fall season are not valid for the spring season.
- Background checks will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided at registration.
